Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20% where applicable. Our VAT number is 445 147 650.

Payments are handled by Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and PayPal.

We reserve the right to change product prices without notice in response to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery times are approximate. We typically use Royal Mail and DPD, and reserve the right to use other carriers without notice. Free delivery offers, where they apply, are for mainland UK standard delivery only.

Handmade products and variation
Many of our bead curtains and suncatchers are handmade, and small variations in strand length, bead spacing, colour, and overall drop are part of the character of the product. Items may vary slightly from the photograph shown — we see this as part of the appeal of a handmade piece rather than a fault. Measurements given are nominal; actual dimensions can vary by a few centimetres.

Installation
Bead curtains and similar products are intended for indoor use and should be installed by a competent adult using fixings suitable for the door frame, ceiling, or wall material in question. Different materials (plasterboard, hardwood, masonry) require different fixings, and choosing the right one is the customer's responsibility. We cannot be responsible for damage to property or injury caused during installation, including damage from inappropriate fixings or installation methods. If you are unsure about installation, please contact us before fitting, or seek advice from a qualified tradesperson.

Promo Codes
Promotion codes are valid for orders placed online only. Bead Curtains reserves the right to refuse orders where a code has been used improperly. Codes apply while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time. If a discounted order is returned for a refund, the refund will be calculated on the amount paid after the discount. Where only part of an order is returned, the discount will be spread proportionately across the goods.
