Bead curtains ship free via DPD next-day delivery as standard. Bead curtains are bulky items that need a parcel courier rather than a postal service, so DPD is the most reliable option. If your order contains a bead curtain, the whole order will ship free via DPD next-day, regardless of what else is in the basket.
Other items (suncatchers, accessories, and anything smaller than a bead curtain) ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 at £3.50 as standard. You can upgrade to Tracked 24 at £4.50, or to DPD next-day at £7.99 at checkout. Please note that DPD's next-day service does not cover Saturday delivery.
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking code by email.
DPD typically delivers next working day on orders dispatched Monday to Thursday. Friday orders normally arrive on the following Monday. Royal Mail's Tracked services aim for next working day on Tracked 24 and the day after on Tracked 48, but these are aims rather than guarantees. Once goods leave our warehouse, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time or date.
* Free DPD delivery applies to UK mainland addresses only. Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and other offshore UK destinations may incur an additional charge; this will be shown automatically at checkout.
Operating Hours
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
We do our best to dispatch orders received before 12:00 the same day. For DPD next-day delivery, orders must be received before 12:00 Monday to Thursday to dispatch the same day. If you have a particularly time-sensitive request, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
International Orders
Postage and packing for European and worldwide orders varies depending on the destination, and may be subject to import duties or taxes payable before delivery. If you'd like to order from outside the UK, please contact us and we'll come back to you with a delivery quote.
